Sendero, our product

Sendero is an assistant for a company’s information in Microsoft 365. It migrates files from file shares, SharePoint Server, OneDrive, SharePoint Online and Egnyte with their permissions and checks every file against the original. Then it looks after them every night, tells you when something needs a decision, and turns Excel files and lists into flows, reports and alerts you ask for in plain words. AI proposes; a person decides; an engine applies.

What it shows

  • Product engineering from the agent on your server to the cloud dashboard
  • AI used where it helps, with the critical path in deterministic code
  • Our SharePoint experience, which goes back to 2007, turned into software

Finance to SharePointOctober 23, 2026
I want to move the Finanzas folder to a new SharePoint site, with its permissions.

I found D:\Datos\Finanzas on the FS01 server. I propose a new site, Finanzas, keeping permissions, authors and dates. Creating it only starts the assessment, which reads and writes nothing.

The assessment is ready: 48,210 files, 112 GB. 37 names need fixing for SharePoint and two folders give access to Everyone: those wait for the owner. Migrating takes about 9 hours, so I propose running it at night.

A recreation of Sendero’s assistant with example data. Nothing runs until someone approves it.

Consulting case

AI to explain, rules to calculate

Context
A client planned to have a language model run the calculations in one of its business processes and explain the results to users.
What was proposed
One model doing everything: reading the inputs, calculating and explaining. Answers that sound right, with no guarantee that the same input gives the same figure twice.
What we recommended
We moved the calculations into deterministic business rules, covered by tests. AI stayed where it adds value: interpreting the results and explaining them in natural language.
Result
A more predictable, more reliable system that is easier to audit, with AI kept where it adds value.

Development case

Repstly, an AI phone receptionist we built

We built Repstly: an AI receptionist that answers calls in natural language, answers questions about the business, books appointments across several calendars with configurable rules, sends confirmations and gives the team an operations dashboard.

What it shows

  • Full-stack product engineering
  • Voice AI integrated with calendars and messaging services
  • Configurable workflows behind a simple phone call
